About the Play
PAPA TANGO SIERRA DELTA — the NATO phonetic alphabet call-sign that echoes through the memories of soldiers long after they have left the battlefield — follows a small group of veterans as they navigate the fractured terrain of life after combat. Through fractured timelines, raw monologues, and moments of aching silence, the play asks the question so many returning service members carry quietly with them: how do you come home when a part of you never left?
Theatre of Arts Creative Lab is proud to present this powerful new work as part of our live stage production series. It is a piece that confronts trauma directly but with deep compassion, and gives audiences a window into the resilience of the human spirit.
Why This Story Now
Post-traumatic stress disorder affects millions of people — not only veterans, but survivors of violence, first responders, and countless others who carry hidden wounds. Theatre has always been a space where difficult stories can be told truthfully and where audiences can sit with hard truths together. PAPA TANGO SIERRA DELTA is our contribution to that tradition.

A Note on Content
This production deals directly with themes of war, trauma, and mental health. It includes moments of emotional intensity, stage violence, and strong language. We recommend it for audiences 16 and older. Support resources will be shared with audiences after each performance.
The Creative Team
PAPA TANGO SIERRA DELTA is developed and directed by the faculty and artists of Theatre of Arts Creative Lab, with a cast drawn from our professional community and alumni network. Full cast and crew credits will be announced closer to opening night.
